Accurate booking value in owner portal calendar
In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.
Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

47 votesHi everyone! We'd like to inform you that the booking price that owners see in the Owner Portal has been updated!
When you allow your owners to view the price of the booking, they will now see it with total rent + taxes (if you set up for your owners to collect and remit taxes - if not, they won't see taxes) minus agency commission, channel commission, and any payment processing fee.

Make Owner's Payout-Per-Booking in calendar view available in Owner's Portal
Currently, when my clients view the booking calendar for their short-term rental, there is no option for them to see the owner payout per booking by hovering or clicking on the reservation. This information is crucial for my clients as they want to see what they are making on each booking/weekend, etc.
I would like to propose adding a toggle option for the price per booking view in the Owners Dashboard Calendar. This option could be located in the "Owner" tab / settings area, similar to the existing "Show guest information to owners" checkbox. Additionally, it would be helpful if…

Visibility for owner's to see detailed reservation data
Currently, owner's only have visibility to their calendars as far as what is occupied. A lot of my owners have requested to see the reservation details (ie: channel, total fees, etc). We would love for the owners to have more reservation details visible on their owner portal.

Color code the owner calendar like you do the the regular manager calendar
The owner portal does not color code the calendar to show which booking platform was used. Please make the owner calendar color coded as well so our owners can see which platforms the bookings are coming in from.

Add white label Favicon on the Owner Portal
We asked for a white label environment and up until now the Favicon we use is only available on the direct booking site. At the owner and guest protal you see the Hostfully Favicon. This is not white labeling.
This is disturbing.4 votesThe feature is now love. Note that the guest account will not be white-labelled, as guest are almost always booking from different property management companies and as such, their portal will reflect bookings from different sources.

Improve booking financials in Owners Portal
Owners often want to know financial information about bookings on demand. I am requesting an additional toggle on/off setting in the Owner tab of the Property page so agencies can choose whether this information shows on the Owners Portal calendar or not.
