Great news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.

In the coming weeks, we’re opening a beta (early access release) to a select group of customers. If you’d like early access, just reply with “I’m in”. When it’s ready in the next few weeks, we’ll enable it on your account.

Hi everyone! We've added a new field for Property Address in the report. It's formatted as Address1, Address2, City, State, ZipCode, Country.
Other property details such as long/lat, listing content, etc. are under our plan. Stay tuned!
