I experienced an outage of the guidebook product on May 04th, 2025, and my triggers all failed to send due to this event.
Next time there is a brief outage, I will end up in the same place. is there something that will be put in place to “auto-heal” after outages, otherwise, any minor outage and I have a problem.

yes, we'll have to consider this for sure - this year we're focusing a lot on making the integration between PMP and guidebooks more robust and this kind of thing should be included.
one thing you can do in the meantime if you're aware that you're missing some secure links that should have been generated automatically is toggle off and on the secure link for each property.
when toggling on, we run through and fetch all the leads that have not yet passed and upsert secure links for all of them, so that can be used to fairly easily "catch up" for the time being.
