  2. I want to automatically apply a 11.57% rental tax rate for short-term stays and a 1.5% rental tax rate for long-term stays (over 30 days) when guests book, depending on their stay duration.

  5. The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)

    For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.

    As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.

    It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

  6. At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.

  7. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  10. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  12. Currently our emails sent to guests list the Company name in big bold letters for example "!@#$.LLC" instead of listing the home they booked.

    This is confusing to the guest and they suspect that it is spam. The emails are disregarded. All email interactions with guests should list the Booked home name.
    So top of the email should list your "Home booked"... not the LLC that the home is under.

  13. Change the minimum stay settings on the property so that when this is updated, the calendar gets automatically updated to these new minimums for the future. The one condition should be that any manually set minimums that are greater than the new minimum stay setting should not be updated, but otherwise they should be.

    I've had a couple situations where I updated the minimum stay on a property from 2 nights to 3 nights, but we still had 2 night bookings come in because I hadn't manually gone into the calendar and updated the minimum stays for future dates.

  17. For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.

    That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

    • Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
    • Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

  18. Support HEIC file uploads for listing photos. Currently I cannot upload photos directly from my iPhone as they are default in HEIC format. Once I convert them to jpg some of the channels like booking.com say the photos are not high quality enough. Supporting high quality HEIC photo uploads would save a lot of reformatting and mucking around on the admin side of things when we just want to quickly update amenity photos or photos of the local surrounding areas where we won't necessarily have the professional photography photos. Thank you.

  19. Currently, only amenity "pool" is supported by Hostfully for HVMI channel. When I used the Filter & Sort and clicked Pool from there, the property shows up. However, when I used the Popular Filters and clicked the Private Pool, the property does not show up. I want amenity "private pool" to be supported.
