  1. Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.

    It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

  2. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  3. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  5. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  6. At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

  7. I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.

    As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.

    I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.

    The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

  8. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  9. When manually adding leads into Hostfully, can we choose to the lead source instead of showing everything as Hostfully leads? This can help to easily identify the original booking channel for each guest.

  10. Current behavior:

    when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
    => the roomId is changed on Pipeline.

    => The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.

    Request:

    When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

  14. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  16. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.
