  1. It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.

    (i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)

    Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

  2. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  3. Right now, to remove a Third party agency from the PMP, PM need to make a request and it needs to be escalated. PM would like the ability to remove the Third party directly from the PMP (for example, with a delete option)

  5. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

  6. Enable a booking window shorter than 1 month. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

  10. On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.

  11. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  14. There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.

    It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.

    I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

  15. At present, the reservation notes feature is extremely limited in Hostfully. Here are a couple of things that would greatly improve this feature from a UX standpoint.

    Timestamping/logging notes - Currently notes are simply typed into an active text box in the reservation popup (under the "Internal Guest Notes Tab). These notes do not include a record who who made them or when, and are are easily changed/deleted, without any record of the change being made.   17. Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

  19. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  20. We like to set up a partner program for our agency where every partner that refers a new property owner receives a lifetime commission of x% calculated as %tage of our agency commission.

    "Must-have":
    (1) A list of partners maintained in Hostfully, with their contact data and the %commission they will receive
    (2) The option in the Property administration to add a partner that should receive commission on agency commission
