Discount for inactive properties
I want to have discounted pricing model for inactive listings to retain historical data without incurring full subscription costs.

I made a similar argument for inactive listings, the response I got from hostfully was that they consume resources whether they're active or not, so they feel they should charge them.

does this mean that you only open for booking during the season..
I mean if it's a summer rental but someone can book july in december, then it's active? -

If we have properties that are only available a limited time, or that have availability for specific months, it would be helpful to be charged for the months that the property is available.

Most software allow archiving which incurs no or discounted rates
I understand there are storage costs but these are minimal
