Fix email template that goes to Non-Guest, inbox@hostfully.com
All trigger messages that are sent to non-guest are sent from "inbox@hostfully.com" and the replyto is "inbox@hostfully.com" This violate our branding and looks wonky. When recipients reply, we never get the message. Not getting the replies has proven very destructive with our service providers/guest experience. Additionally, something about all the email addresses and servers seems to cause messages to not be delivered at all or be delivered to spam.

Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.
A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

multiple method for each message
The current template and trigger section is cluttered. You have to create the same message several times if you want to send it out via airbnb message and a duplicate message to send via email and another duplicate for sms.

Create extra condition in TRIGGER so you can tell system NOT to send IF something has already been received.
In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.
It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.

Trigger for updated owners blocks
We need a trigger for when owners amend/edit blocked dates. At present we receive one when they block or delete dates but not when they edit dates. (Ie; if they change the dates from 5 nights to 7)

Live links in templates
When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

Send again easilly the confirmation mail of the reservation if the dates changes
When somebody modify their reservation we can not send manually a confirmation, i would like to resend it like in the message log, fire trigger again. Sometimes we change the dates with no money ajustment an we can not send something .

Support multiple line for review template
For now, it is not able to press enter to go to another line of a paragraph in the review template. It would be nice it is able to do that

Add "Short Description" as an available field in Custom Templates.
Add "Short Description" as an available field to be used in Custom Templates.
The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.
