  1. Two factor authentication

    I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

  2. Central location to view upsells

    Central location to view upsells. Due to the amount of listings we heavily rely on upsells and it's one of our biggest sellers. We need to have a central place for upsells and reminders of when an upsell is needed for a reservation.

  3. Remove ability for guest to re-assign the main contact information

    At the moment, guests can change the booking contact information directly when booking directly through Hostfully. When guests pay the final payment, they are sent the "Guest Information" form. Guests can change main contact information. Rental agreement information does not change. This should not be this way. When I take a booking, that person is the responsible party. Should not be able to re-assign the booking to someone else.

  4. Increase character limit in "Stay Details/Extra Notes"

    For longer term stays it often becomes necessary to keep notes about the guest and their stay. The current limit of 255 characters doesn't allow for keeping track of enough information.
