  2. Can you port arrival form directly to the Guest Information. We are manually collecting address and then cutting and pasting.

    Add a formal set of booking gest address fields that align with client information. This would save a lot of time in updating! And then we can link to external integrations also!!

    Hello Mike, you can find the data provided by guests on the Pre-Arrival Form on the Stay Details tab on the Edit Lead pop-up (that you see when clicking bookings on the calendar).

  3. Have the option to have Pet fee per pet so if the guest bring more than one pet, the fee is charged to each pet.

  4. I would like to notify Owner's, not only when there is a new booking, but also when there is a JUST a Date Change to a booking. Currently, anytime there is any change, even just adding, say, a new phone number, or # of guest, Owner's get another notice.

  5. Whether we're sending post stay check ins, or wanting to avoid re-booking bad guests, it would be nice to have some sort of ability to categorize guests who you don't want to welcome back. They wouldn't be able to re-book under that email and automatic templates wouldn't be sent to them.

  6. We'd like the ability to use a custom subdomain for the checkout and pre-arrival form pages, as well as any other guest facing interactions. This functionality already exists in the guidebooks.

    In a perfect world, the guest would never be aware that they have been transferred to a site run by Hostfully.

  7. At present, a reservation must be assigned to a single agent, however, any organization with more than a few vacation rentals likely has at least two employees who need to interact with guests and manipulate reservations.

    The ability for multiple agents to log in and work on reservations is pretty critical to the scalability of the platform, especially if a history/change log were addd to the UI.

  8. Owners must pay taxes on all mandatory fees that are charged to the guest as a condition of the rental. This typically covers all extra charges, such as cleaning fees, pet fees, credit card fees, etc. Refundable damage or security deposits are not taxable.

    Currently, Hostfully owns applies tax rate to the gross rent.

    This is a huge headache for having to manually adjust applicable taxes.

  9. Showing the lowest pricing on our calendar causes many potential guests to get frustrated and abandon booking when their quoted price is higher than that.

  10. My Townhouse is in a resort with a general reception desk. Each guest is required to have a reservation number. This could be easily added as guest data, instead of changing it each time within the check-in section of the guidebook. I can anticipate me forgetting to do so and the incorrect reservation number being sent to the guest.

  11. iCal link does not include the check-out date, iCal is associated with the nights that are blocked. That causes the difference between Hostfully and Google calendars, which is not ideal

    Hostfully's iCals follow the standard format and correctly provide the checkout date through the DTEND parameter. Example:


    DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20240322

    DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20240324
