Sorry Steph, but it's really not the same thing. People buy tens of thousands of dollars worth of gift certificates, from $100 to $800, before Christmas or throughout the year. Right now, all those tens of thousands of dollars are going through Shopify in our store. Hostfully should allow the sale of gift certificates and the creation of a unique code for each certificate. When the customer receives the gift, they simply apply the unique code from their gift certificate to get the discount applied. It's really not the same as a discount code. You must not run a short-term rental business to think it's the same thing.
