Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

Option to create a link that has only a certain amount of our units
We want to narrow down the search based on the property name. For instance, we want certain locations to show up on a single link whether it's searched or created. Also any other with the same name multi-unit.
Either have CMS control where you can select a property and add it to a page. Just Like the feature or all, but with your selection, that can then be titled filled or like any other property. This would have a separate link so I can share these locations specifically and help people narrow down options. Another way is having an option…

DBS hero image to look the same on webpage and phone
It would be nice if the hero image on the webpage worked with the phone image. I created a hero image in Canva. Looks good on webpage, but really bad when you pull up DBS on phone.

Custom order for Listing Description Sections
Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

Allow booking guests to filter properties by amenity
After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!

Discount code - Have Validity Range Include Start and End Dates
As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.
Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

Show property price in the list view once dates and guest count have been entered
Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.
The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

Ability to book by the hour
I run a photo studio rental space business with 4 unique studios that require the entire management portfolio of Hostfully. The only caveat is that I need bookings by the hour rather than the day.
Our system is currently using a hodge podge of applications to create our user experience. It would be wonderful to use a singular platform for communicating and hosting our studio renters. I wonder how simple a customer calendar solution could be for this? My requirements are the following:

Expand length of the Direct Booking Site "Review Response" field
As a PM I would like to have up to 500 characters to respond to a guest review so that I can be very detailed about my response. Right now, there's a limit of 255 characters.

Improve placement of the "Show details" link
On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

Website Results Page Tabs
When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?2 votes -
Changing layout of featured properties on website
On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

Customize Maximum Stay Message and be Visible
When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.
It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…1 vote -
Apply Discount Codes to current bookings
Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.

Improve "Available Properties" email
The price quoted in the email is deceptively high and would scare off guests since it is the total including the deposit and all fees. I would think that if they clicked on one of the properties in the email that it would show them a breakdown of how that figure was calculated. But it just takes them to the listing. Not a quote. ---Personally I'd prefer if this email would publish the nightly rate instead. Let the guests see all the fees and deposits later. This email should entice them, not scare them off.
