"From price" on booking widget
The pricing on the booking widget is now displayed the total of the nightly rate, including non-optional fees but it's said "per night" which is not correct, as cleaning fee is charged per reservation, not per night. There should be a note saying "all fees included"

Allow bold or basic text formatting in Direct Booking Site descriptions
It would be very helpful to support basic text formatting options in descriptions, for example bold text or simple rich text controls. This would significantly improve readability and guest experience on the Direct Booking Site, while giving PMs more control over how their content is presented.

Remove the location from the property search bar on the direct booking site
Remove the location field from the property search bar on the direct booking site. If all properties are in the same city, or there is only one property, it would be convenient to remove that field.

Extend Hold for Direct Booking Reservation by Custom Options
I would love to be able to choose for how long I extend an individual reservation hold. Instead of the flat agency setting (currently set to 24hrs), it would be good to have a a few custom buttons to extend for 1hr, 12 hrs, 24 hrs (and ability to customise each preset)

Display Taxes Separately from Fees During Direct Booking Checkout Flow
Currently, taxes added to a property are displayed as fees during the Direct Booking Site checkout flow.
Taxes should appear under a dedicated “Taxes” section/label instead of being grouped together with fees. This would provide clearer pricing transparency for guests and help differentiate mandatory government taxes from property-specific fees.

As the new upgraded Direct Booking Site has now been released, we hope the Booking and Search widgets can receive a similar enhancement in the future to provide a more consistent user experience and better align with the updated design and functionality of the booking site

Improve visibility of upsell options (e.g., pet fees) earlier in the booking flow
Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.
It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:
After guests input the number of guests
Before clicking “Book Now”
Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process
This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

Have the ability to customize the message when a guest selects a date on the direct booking site that is past the booking lead time.
When a guest selects a start date that is past the booking lead time, it would be convenient to be able to customize a message, instead of saying: Booking lead time requirement is not met.

Change how checkout restriction dates are shown on booking widget
When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.
However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.
This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.

Pet fee with scope "per stay" can apply automatically to direct booking.
I have a pet fee with a scope "per stay" as I charge a one-time pet fee no matter how many pets guests bring.
However, with the new Direct booking site, this fee is automatically applied to all direct bookings, even though the guest does not bring pets. It should only apply if the guest selects pets in their booking.
Therefore, I have to change the scope to "per pet" while it's not completely correct because I don't charge a pet fee based on how many pets guests bring.

Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable
The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.
This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

Tax Exemption for Fee's Tax for DBS

- When I add 1 custom fee included tax for the fee. Ex: Dog fee = 100 - Tax 10% I want to have a option to add the tax exemption for this tax.

Add Devices error messages in the APP
When a PIN code fail to generate, an email is sent to the PM.
Would be good to receive those notifications in the APP as well.

* If you book more nights, there might be a discount based on LOS

pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.
