Ability to Blacklist email addresses to prevent re-booking of problem guests
Similar requests have been made on this portal, and marked as "functionality already exists." However no explanation has been provided, and as far as I can tell there is no documentation on how to accomplish this.
There is a way to add tags to guests in the "my-clients" page, but this tag does not seem to do anything. It is not visible on the guests reservation, and is not a filterable variable for reporting, or a triggerable element for messaging. Therefore the ability to simply tag guests is entirely worthless.
What is needed is a system where you can flag a problem guests email address and/or name, which either prevents that guest from making a new reservation, or sends up some kind of email/warning/notification/red flag when a problem guest books to trigger some kind of internal review process.

We had a guest throw a massive party. Police were called and evicted the guests. They returned and the party continued. We are charging the guest with burglary and trespassing. We need to be able to block him from Hostfully completely so others don't experience the same thing.

YES PLEASE! This would help relive quite a bit of stress! Some horrible guests think they are are good guests and re-book. A catch-all would be great!
