  1. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

    As per https://help.vrbo.com/articles/About-offline-booking, Vrbo does not allow offline bookings. If a booking comes from Vrbo and for some reason (like a payment failure), you had to collect payment outside of Vrbo, Vrbo expects that the booking will be attributed to Vrbo.

    When this happens, you can do so from the Booking View modal, click on the Data tab, and click on the checkbox "Attribute this booking to Vrbo", as per the attached screenshot.

  2. VRBO charge a 5% per booking + any fee

  3. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

  4. Airbnb has a functionality called representative inventory which allows hosts to create one listing for multiple same units. It would be great to support this feature.

  5. We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.

    If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

  7. Be notified when a payment fails because of an invalid card so that PM can request to cancel the reservation when the guest does not update a new card after 24 hours.​T

  11. I recently looked at the details of a guest's fees who booked through VRBO. Instead of stating "cleaning fee" it said admin fee. I went to change it on Hostfully and realized there is not a drop-down box for cleaning. Can Hostfully add it as I know VRBO does allow cleaning fees.

  14. For now, it's not possible to check a potential guests reviews and star rating for Airbnb and vrbo in Hostfully.

    A key part of my business is too properly vet guests and ensure they have great reviews before accepting their requests.

    However, I am unable to check reviews from the Hostfully system.

    Therefore this defeats having the review system if you cannot check review scores and comments prior to deciding if you want to accept their request.

    I manage high end luxury properties I cannot accept all guests as they can damage the property.

    Hello Nick. Did you know that you can set your Airbnb settings to only accept guests with a vetted profile? On the Property Settings page, for the setting Guest Requirements, you can select "Well reviewed with verified identity", and Airbnb guarantees that the guests are vetted guests.
