  1. Add analytic numbers to reports

    It would be useful to know what occupancy was on properties when exporting reports

    Also, it would be useful to know the average weekly / monthly sales revenue
    Sales revenue YTD
    Profit
    New customer Monthly, weekly YTD
    The average revenue per unit

    all of these can be added to analytics and to reports

  2. Owner expenses too limited!

    Currently you can only post expenses to the owners net pay calculations. However, I have expenses that need to come out of the gross before the PM % and Owner % are calculated. It would be nice to have the option to apply the expense to the Gross, PM%, or Owner%.

    ALSO, currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see…

  3. Booking Report showing owner blocks

    I need to be able to produce a report for owners/on-site managers that shows all bookings as well as holds and blocked dates. Current report doesn’t show holds or blocked dates. On sites need to see dates owners have blocked etc...

    This is now available with the Occupancy report.

    For each property you can get the number of agency blocks vs owner blocks and get the occupancy rate.

    Go to Enhanced Reports > Occupancy report

  5. Remove the commission fee from our Custom Fees

    We charge an admin fee. AirBnB and other Channels treat that as a fee to the property manager and keep it separated in the reports.

    However, in Hostfully reports, the Admin fee is added to the rental amount, and then the commission splits are taken from the Rental Amounts+Admin fees. The owner's are not entitled to any of the Admin fee.

  6. Add "Discount Code" to the transaction report

    I need to be able to pull all the transactions that had a discount code associated with them and what the discount code was.

  7. Include Contact Name in Calendar Report

    Jane from Papagayo Luxury rentals would like a way to send a calendar report to agents that also includes the name of the reservation holders. The primary use case is to share availability with those who are not using the PMP. Ideally she could adjust the date range to show multiple months, and also specify certain properties (with tagging).
