We're planning to expand to 2 weeks, eg you'll see guests checking-in within the next 2 weeks, guests checking-out within the next 2 weeks. We will test performance (especially for accounts with a zillion bookings...!) before releasing. If impact on performance is negligeable, we may be able to increase this limit even more.

Agreed this would be a great feature and a time saver. We plan to allow you to apply those actions within the lead modal itself (the same way we have it on the app: from each inquiry/booking, you can apply the action)

Note here: this is currently not a priority compared to the other calendar features and improvements we have in mind.
What we recommend for the time being is to create a screenshot of the calendar that you may print.
Thanks to the 2 views we have - booking vs price view - you can decide to screenshot a full month of bookings without prices showing, or a half month with daily rate and min stay showing. More days can be available on a wider screen. -

We actually plan to have the pipeline actions available within the lead modal. So from the calendar, you would be one click away from those actions (click on a booking, get the lead modal, select your action).

Thanks for the suggestion, James! Interesting feature. May I ask which expense app you're using currently? Is that Expensify?
What would be ideal is for us to partner with someone and implement a plugin or some sort that could be activated through the Hostfully App for this kind of feature. Let us investigate on this and consider for our App roadmap. -

Thanks for the idea.
What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?
- type of app notification: new lead, new message
- filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

Hi Dan, thanks for you idea!
If you are talking about Push notifications on iOS and Android, we do plan to release this in 2 phases:1st phase: first implementation of push notifications for the Hostfully Mobile App installed on iOS or Android
- push notifications for any new lead (inquiry, booking request, direct booking) coming from any channel
- push notifications for any new message coming from a guest2nd phase: Manage push notification settings
- ability to turn on or off the type of push notification you want to receive on your device: new lead or new messageThere is currently no notification being sent for smart locks.
If you were thinking of email and text notifications, these are currently managed within the web platform via the Templates & Triggers menu. I invite you to submit any idea regarding the web platform in the Property Management Platform forum: https://hostfully.uservoice.com/forums/271343-property-management-platform
Thank you for your idea. This "guest has read message" status is only provided by Airbnb (not by Vrbo nor BCOM) and Airbnb does not offer this functionality in their API, so it is not possible for us to implement this at this point.
