To be able to add specific dates to be set as a "firm" cancelation policy. These dates are during the festivals and I would like to set the pricing and rates to be "Firm".

Show a note for Booking.com tax in the taxes and fees page
Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

Synchronize Airbnb's single host or shared service fees in Hostfully
Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%
I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.

Customize the percent % at reservation
Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.

Record of past rates
We want a backup report system where we are able to trace rates going back to 3-6 months ago and also for our records as well to see our rate patterns on how we increase and decrease rates.

Block nights before launching of new listing from HF to other channels
When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

Seasonal discounts for extended stay
It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.
8 votesHello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Change Airbnb listing location from General to Specific directly from PMP
As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

Extra Guest Fee Per Stay/Reservation for all channels
The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.2 votes -

Have the ability to create payment settings for a specific time
I would like to collect full-payment via Stripe for bookings out of main season, but keep 30 % initial payment and 70% second payment generally.

Be able to choose what days of the week are considered a weekend for using the Weekend Adjustment Rate.
Other countries consider "weekends" to be more than just Friday and Saturday.

Ability to set up custom minimum stays depending on booking dates
I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
For example:
- 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
- 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
- 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.
I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)

Ability to customize booking link
We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.
I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.
I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.
