When we add images to our guidebooks we can drop and rotate images but a way to resize would be very helpful.

Automations and triggers based on purchased marketplace items
I would love the ability for automated triggers to happen when someone purchases an option on marketplace.
For instance, if someone purchased an early check-in, or an extra day in their stay, or rents a bike... that extra income would be added to my hostfully income report so I can get my commission on that without having to run separate reports on PayPal.
Also for that to trigger an update to my cleaners schedule so they know to come earlier, or a day later. Or if they are renting something, it integrates to my Lynx software to send them a…

Allow ability to change font size for Guidebooks
Being able to bold, underline and italicize text is good, but it would be helpful if we could also change the font size as well.

Add ability to add subcategories to the House Manual
Adding the ability to create subcategories in the House Manual would help organize the cards a lot. For example, it would be nice to have a subcategory for the Kitchen since several cards will be for operating kitchen appliances - having them all in one place would be cleaner and easier to find for the guest. Having a subcategory for Bedroom, Living Room, Yard might be some other options hosts might want to create. When printing Guidebook allow the option to have page breaks for every card
I have been using the Guidebooks for about a month now. I have three of them built and I will soon be building the 4th one. I really like having the option to print the guidebooks out for those users who are not technically inclined. I wanted to make sure I had my Guidebooks down before exploring printing them and have now finally gotten around to that part of it. I was not real thrilled with the printout. There really needs to be an option for page breaks after each card. There are two reasons for this:

Allow TikTok videos / YouTube Shorts and post in vertical orientation
Currently only YouTube and Vimeo videos are allowed. Short form video from TikTok and YouTube shorts have some great content that isn't available on YouTube classic. For instance, there are 30+ videos showing how to put away a crib that are less than 60s on TikTok and very few that are less than 4 minutes on YouTube.

The tools provided to format the cards are good, but if we could be allowed to embed HTML (on House Manual and Recommendation cards), it would allow so many more options.

Create an accomodation reveiw tab
id like to have the option to send past guests an opportunity to reveiw the accomodation utilising this platform on things like'
-how they like the space
-any improvements they could reccomend
-what ammenties they would like if a returning customermaybe not these questions in particular but perhaps tabs that we could populate ourselves and determine what questions we would like to ask.

Wi-Fi Card Enhancements
Would be good to have a button that can copy the credentials so users can then paste it into the Wifi of the property and avoid the back and forth of typing the password.
Another enhancement would be to reroute them with a Connect to WiFi button that can redirect to the Network connectivity of the device right away.3 votes -

Show actual Guidebook name instead of cryptic link on Guest Terms Report
When you are looking at the Guest Terms Approval Data under Reports, it shows the data for each guest that accessed the guidebook. If you only have one guidebook thats fine, but when you have multiple guidebooks, you don't know which one the guest looked at. This is because in the Guidebook column, instead of showing the actual name that we used for the guidebook, you show the cryptic 7 character link. I can't remember which cryptic link is which guidebook. It would be so much nicer if you showed us the actual name of the guidebook that we used,…

Check-In Process Walkthrough
On Airbnb for some accounts they literally walk you through check-in so each part has it's own screen with pictures for explanation. It would be nice that when they open check-in instructions that instead of scrolling up and down that it showed them one picture at a time so they have the most important info for that step when we need it. For properties where we have lockboxes guests sometimes get confused and use their door code to try to open the lockbox and then call us when they can't get it open.
