Simpler and more user friendly Guidebook editing experience for users with a single guidebook
For users who manage only one guidebook and make edits infrequently, the current Guidebook editing experience can feel overly complex and frustrating.
When you rarely update your guidebook, it is easy to forget where things are or how to save changes efficiently. This can discourage users from keeping their content up to date, even when they want to.
It would be very helpful to have a more streamlined and beginner friendly editing experience for simple use cases.

Support Guidebook API write access
I am always updating my houses. I'm adding new properties to manage. Restaurants and attractions close and open. I want to be able to update my guidebooks once a year, and then the new ones. With AI access I can do them all in 1 hour.
By hand, I find it clunky and it will take 5 hours. With many more mistakes.

Copied guidebook should have duplicated cards
Atm, When I copy a guidebook, the copy version would use the original card.
=> I would like once I copy the guidebook > the system should create a copy version of cards instead of insert the original cards.

Assign cards to different categories
I want to assign cards in the guidebook to different categories. For example, I have some cards under a cleaning tab and I want them to appear under the Long Term Renters tab as well.

Allow to copy and paste content and photos all together to guidebook card.
This is currently a pain point when creating the guidebook — users cannot paste text and images together in one action. Instead, they must paste the content first, then manually add images section by section, which increases the effort required to build a single card.
This becomes especially inconvenient for PMs - like us who manage many properties with numerous images in each card.
