Ability to rearrange house manual cards in House manual section
At the moment, we can only rearrange the order of the House Manual cards when we edit your Guidebooks or Templates.

Copied guidebook should have duplicated cards
Atm, When I copy a guidebook, the copy version would use the original card.
=> I would like once I copy the guidebook > the system should create a copy version of cards instead of insert the original cards.

Allow to copy and paste content and photos all together to guidebook card.
This is currently a pain point when creating the guidebook — users cannot paste text and images together in one action. Instead, they must paste the content first, then manually add images section by section, which increases the effort required to build a single card.
This becomes especially inconvenient for PMs - like us who manage many properties with numerous images in each card.

Inventory Management for Limited-Supply Items in the Digital Guidebooks Marketplace
Currently, you can set a quantity per booking, but there’s no way to track overall availability across multiple bookings.
For example, if I have only 3 baby cots or 4 bikes for hire, I’d like an inventory management system that automatically reduces availability as items are booked — and prevents overbooking if all items are checked out during overlapping stays.
Use Case Examples:
• Limit to 3 baby cots available across all guest bookings
• Limit to 4 bikes available for rent
• Track real-time availability for any shared amenities or rental gearValue:

Expand the card section
We want to expand the section to see ALL cards attached under House Manuals tab under a specific Guidebook. As shown in below screenshot ,we can only see up to 2.5 lines of cards at any given time. When we reorganize the order, it can get messy and inefficient.

Adjust default map zoom level in guidebook
Currently, when opening a guidebook, the map sometimes appears greyed out because it’s zoomed in too closely by default. This can make it seem like the map isn’t loading properly. Please adjust the default zoom level so that the map starts at a slightly wider view.

Report for purchased service via Guidebook Marketplace
Ability to run a report for extra services guest has purchased through Guidebook Marketplace and it should include guest name, guest email, phone number, amount of guest paid, service name, time start/ time end and note, etc.
At the moment, I cannot see the extra service guest has purchased, neither from Guidebook Marketplace nor from PMP booking breakdown.

put in place to “auto-heal” after outages,
I experienced an outage of the guidebook product on May 04th, 2025, and my triggers all failed to send due to this event.
Next time there is a brief outage, I will end up in the same place. is there something that will be put in place to “auto-heal” after outages, otherwise, any minor outage and I have a problem.1 vote -
ai Day 1 issue
Hello, I was playing around with AI planner and it starts:
Day 1 - Morning - arrive at (house)...Note that our check-in is at 4pm, which is pretty standard for most homes. May I suggest you have the AI plan around when host check-in time is, or at least plan for Day 1 to start in the afternoon.
