  1. I want to be able to adjust rates (price details) when creating or editing leads on mobile. It's possible on web but not on mobile.

    Thank you for your suggestion, I totally agree that this would be a great feature to add in the mobile app. We are adding it to our mobile app roadmap and will keep you posted with an ETA.

  2. Manage app notifications: a device user can decide what type of notification they get: message, new lead at its basic form, but potentially by property and channels as well.

    Thanks for the idea. 

    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?


    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  3. I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
    - Mark as booked
    - Mark as paid
    - Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
    - Close lead
    - Cancel booking
    - Re-open (a closed lead)
    - Record a payment

  4. When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason

    1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
    2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is it

    Also, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

  5. If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.

    This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

  6. Add place for guests to designate their preferred pronouns on the information form. It's helpful when addressing them in communications, writing notes and reviews after the fact.
    And - let's us be respectful of who our guests are!

  9. I still don't like using the photos as the way to identify properties in the app, and I am constantly opening that leftmost sidebar to see the property name before doing anything in the app.  I think a customizable abbreviation would be a better short form for quickly finding the right property.
