An error occurred while saving the comment I’ve seen this in guidebooks before and it only occurred with images taken on a mobile device.
A workaround we discovered was to open and then save them in some external image editing software before uploading.
yes, we'll have to consider this for sure - this year we're focusing a lot on making the integration between PMP and guidebooks more robust and this kind of thing should be included.
one thing you can do in the meantime if you're aware that you're missing some secure links that should have been generated automatically is toggle off and on the secure link for each property.
when toggling on, we run through and fetch all the leads that have not yet passed and upsert secure links for all of them, so that can be used to fairly easily "catch up" for the time being.
