    For us it’s anything longer than 30 days.
    Additionally, it would be nice to set up a different long-term lease that the guest signs rather than the standard house rules sent out.
    If stay > 29 days, long term lease, payment due 2 weeks in advance.
    Stay - 14 days = first 30 days due
    Next 30 day cycle - 14 days = next 30 days due. Etc.

    It would also be nice if we could enable the ACH option in stripe to collect the money rather than losing the higher percentage to stripe for long-term guests.
