    I understand that there is a way to manually check if the form has been completed and send a reminder to a guest but this goes against the idea of automation :-) We really need to remind guests to complete the form if they have not and also prompt our team to contact the guest if it has not been completed by check-in. Thank you!!

    I moved from Guesty and used this feature on many of our message sequences. It would be a valuable addition.
