Remove About Hostfully button and Account Icon in Guidebook
If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

Prompt user when minimum night stay is not met
When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

Add a promo code when sending a quote
Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

Increase Agency logo size allowance to be at least 80x300px
The issue is the dimension requirements of the logo. The dimensions are so small that the logo looks pixelated on high resolution screens (i.e. any modern phone or laptop).
I want to upload the larger logo in Agency settings page so it can looks more transparent in high-resolution desktop

Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

Auto refund feature should work for Booking.com reservations
While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.
The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

order order fee
We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.
What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

Preview a new property during the set up process
Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

Partner program with x% partner commission on agency commission
We like to set up a partner program for our agency where every partner that refers a new property owner receives a lifetime commission of x% calculated as %tage of our agency commission.
"Must-have":
(1) A list of partners maintained in Hostfully, with their contact data and the %commission they will receive
(2) The option in the Property administration to add a partner that should receive commission on agency commission

Account Status Reflecting what you paid and when your bill is next due
Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.
