  3. When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  4. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

  7. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.

  8. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  9. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  11. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  13. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

  14. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  16. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

    For example, a potential client with 200 listings based in Australia would like to be able to slightly task manage within the unified inbox. For example, a guest asks to replace something, the team can read the message, take on the task to do the job, and in the unified inbox, be able to mark the job as complete.
