  3. When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  4. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

  5. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  6. Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

  7. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  8. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  9. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  11. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.

  12. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com

  13. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  14. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

After a hurricane comes through I start getting lots of messages from future guests asking if there was any damage or if their stay will be impacted at all.. being able to send a message out to all future guests whether it be guests next week or several months from now would be very helpful instead of trying to send individual messages out to each guest.

  19. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.
