Log showing history of changes made by team members
A change log history for which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a booking
- changed property data
- deactivated properties, channels, integrations
Basically a history log for all bookings.
Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

I'd like to ask if we have a way to view the audit trail in Hostfully. We'd like to see by whom the changes were made. Because we made a few changes in our properties and it went back to the old one.

Be able to see what team members have edited / adjusted or worked on in the Platform, such as messaging, bookings, and adjustments.

Be able to track if someone makes updates to the system/properties. For example, changes to amenities/photos/description.

As a VRM, I want to know history of changes of photo order per property. Just when they were changed within 30 days for management purpose.

very important to cutting down internal communications, and will be point of truth for all changes made to a reservation

Currently it appears that there is no way to access a log of change made to a reservation.
So if the reservation's dates are changed, lodgings are changed, a manual payment is recorded, or someone erroneously edits a price, there appears to be no way to see when or by whom the change was made.
Even the transaction log is pretty sparse on information.
This makes tracing reservation issues and holding your staff accountable for errors impossible.
I have no doubt that the data must exist in Hostfully's system, and would like it made easily accessible in the form of a change log within the reservation.
