Being able to capture client information for outside bookings/leads and show client names on calendar view (Google calander).
Being able to capture client information for outside bookings/leads and show client names on calendar view (Google calendar). Currently these show as Blocked Users. Also be able to generate customer satisfaction review emails from these outside clients/leads after they have checked out. This client information should also be captured in a database and autofil feature would be beneficial.

Owner dashboard feature request for PMC
the ability to being able to customise each and every owner account. Drop down menu: Description, Picture, Calendar, Transaction, link to live channels (airbnb, homeaway, and so fourth) Also the ability to download CSV file for transaction and/or Branded PDF. PMCs could create owner packages this way

automatically process payment via booking.com and reduce PMCs costs when guest credit card are declined
automatically process payment via booking.com. Credit card details are shared automatically via booking.com - In case the guest credit card does not go through. the system automatically send a communication to booking that provides to inform the client that they have 24 hours to process the payments. In case the guest do not update the credit card details. The Property manager can communicate to booking.com to delete the reservation. (Booking usually does not allow to cancel booking otherwise, that results in costs for Property managers)

Filtering improvements on stacked calendar
Ability to filter by the following.
1) Price Range per night
2) How many the unit sleeps (like 2+,3+,4+,5+ etc)
3) Dates (Have ability to click “I’m flexible” and then define how many days they are flexible with (or just default to 3 days flexible on either end)
4) Amenities.
5) Location
