  1. PM would like to request the ability to remove or hide the green “Avg / night” price bubble that appears on the website map/listing view.

    Currently, this element is system-generated and there is no option in settings to disable it. In some cases, it affects the visual presentation of the listings and we would like more flexibility to control whether this pricing badge is shown or hidden.

    Hi everyone! The option to "hide price when guest does not enter dates" is now back! You can find it by going to your Agency Settings > Direct Booking Website > Widget options: Hide price when guest does not enter date.

  2. When connected to Hostfully, Vrbo does not do same-day bookings.
    But we noticed we can book properties for tonight in Vrbo, so this looks more like a limitation when channels are mapped.

    Hi everyone! Good news: now you can set up in Hostfully to allow same-day bookings on Vrbo!

    In Hostfully, if your Booking Lead Time is from 0 to 12 hours: your Vrbo guests can make same-day reservations!

  3. It would be convenient to be able to apply the new listing discount for Airbnb in Hostfully, the way we can do it for Vrbo. This functionality is available in other PMSs and it just makes it simple to activate it in Hostfully.

    Good news: now you can filter by property tags in the Inbox!

    With this new filter, you can browse the message thread of guests associated with specific property tags. This is particularly useful for anyone with multiple properties and heavily relying on property tags for the hosting & communication operations.

    Great news! The Hostfully App is now available on the Mac App Store for macOS 15 and up.

    You can easily download it here to log in to your Hostfully PMP or Service Hub account and get the same features as you would get on your iOS app but on your big monitor!

We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

    • RATE_PLAN_NAME
    • RATE_PLAN_ID

    Good news: TravelStaytion bookings are now displayed in Dark Gray color, which is different from direct bookings. Thanks for your patience while we work on this improvement!

    Great news: now once a service provider marks a job as complete, you (property managers) will receive an email notification. We've add a new system message for this named "Notification of Job Completed" that you can toggle on or off in Templates & Triggers > System Templates.

  13. Improve the user interface and information display as well as ability to print of all analytics data. Allow the user to choose the periods with calendar dropdown. you should be able to see year over multiple year changes.

    In the newly released version of the Direct Booking Site, property managers can now automatically include pet fees in the reservation price when a guest adds a pet to their booking.

  15. Currently, the feature Ignore tax charge feature is only applied to the Rental Tax. It should be applied to all the taxes in the setting.

  17. I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:

    CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
    ENHANCED
    CLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
    COMMON
    SURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.

    To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

    After checking, we would like to confirm that, even though Hostfully Inbox shows your legal name as the sender, Airbnb guests will still see your preferred name in the Airbnb Inbox, if you set it up there.

    Rest assured that they won't be able to see your legal name.
