  2. I'd like to have integration capabilities between Hostfully and Sifely Smart Locks. We use Sifely's lock systems to manage access to our properties, and I am interested in automating the process of generating and sending passcodes to guests.

    Currently, we manually generate a passcode for our guests after they complete the necessary pre-arrival forms and rental agreements through Hostfully. We would like to streamline this process by having Sifely automatically generate and send passcodes once Hostfully confirms the completion of these documents.

  3. Even if the cleaning fee amount is $0, it still shows up as a line item in the order. We would like the ability to remove it.

  5. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

    Please fix it as I just want it to look professional without errors.

  7. The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

  8. At the moment, only messages from the primary guest on Airbnb appear in Hostfully Inbox. I want messages from the secondary guest to appear as well.

  11. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.

  13. We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.

    Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.

    We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

  16. At the moment, changes to a reservation need to be initiated by the guest or by the Property Manager on Airbnb. I want to be able to edit it through Hostfully.

  18. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.

  20. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.
