  1. Currently we can only enable lead auto-assignment to booking agents.
    This feature does not work if my team is only made of managers.
    Ideally I should be able to select any team member I want to auto-assign leads to, and this per property.

  2. 'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report that may need to be duplicated. This is an easier customer experience than our current process of using the URL and replacing text within that URL to duplicate a report. Some of are not tech savvy and we need to consider this when making a process for user's to follow. The current process is too development minded and it can be simpler and more customer focused.

  3. Currently, when my clients view the booking calendar for their short-term rental, there is no option for them to see the owner payout per booking by hovering or clicking on the reservation. This information is crucial for my clients as they want to see what they are making on each booking/weekend, etc.

    I would like to propose adding a toggle option for the price per booking view in the Owners Dashboard Calendar. This option could be located in the "Owner" tab / settings area, similar to the existing "Show guest information to owners" checkbox. Additionally, it would be helpful if…

  4. It would be so wonderful to have the option for an automated response to inquiries. I came from Hospitality.com and REALLY got used to my inquires having an automatic response from me and not having to stress about that response time. I'm desperately missing that feature and hope it can be added to Hostfully in the near future. Thank you!

  5. The new calendar view is Monday first, then Sunday last. But it's always been Sunday first, Saturday last. When drilling into reservation details, it's also Sunday first. Please adjust to be consistent and stick with Sunday first. It's very confusing.

  6. Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.

  8. With the current/old calendar it used to be that if dates were unavailable for check in/out they would appear red. That made it easy to see whether dates were correctly marked as unavailable across the entire portfolio.

    With the new calendar we have lost that functionality. Can we get that back? It would also be incredibly useful to be able to update the check in/out restrictions for certain dates across the entire portfolio at once.

  9. It's not truly full screen now, which leaves you with the "scroll within a scroll" (i.e. there are two righthand scroll bars, one for the browser and one for the calendar). Those are always a pain to work with, and make it difficult to find the bottom (left-right) scroll bar.

    That would also make it possible to remove the silly dead space at the top where it says "[Agency] Properties Calendar"

    • it would be really nice to have the direct link to the property listing page back again at the top right.

    • it is impossible to see the dates of a month when these are booked. See screenshot attached. It would be good to show the dates above the booked dates

    • back-to-back booking does not always have the white space in between. see screenshot attached

    • mouse over shows Channel, Guest Name, # adults and price. It would be nice to have check in/out date mentioned as well.

  10. Great improvement with the new calendar!

    When selecting the "available from" field and leaving the "available to" field empty, it would be great when the calendar jumps to this date.
    It jumps back to current date.

  11. The request: Add the ability to copy messages in the inbox on the Mobile App.

    On the mobile app, it is currently not possible to copy messages in the inbox. This is important because I often copy guest questions and forward them to our cleaning team who has the answers. Without that, I'm forced to log in on a computer to copy the messages, which is tough to do when on the road. Further, if I could do this, I could copy previous messages I've written to other guests (like "Thank you for staying with us....we'd appreciate if you left…

  13. Currently, Hostfully's API considers bunk beds to be 1 bed. This maps to Airbnb as 1 bed and Vrbo as 2. It seems like an easy fix to have Hostfully's API actually show bunk beds as 2 beds in their interface.

    Thanks for your interest in this feature. Good news - we now support variables in the subject line of the message.

  16. As a PM I would like to have my text messages separated by “returns” on the keyboard. Right now, I can enter returns in SMS templates, but when I click save then the system deletes them and make it difficult for guests to read my SMS messages.

  17. When a new user is added, we have to individually add their permissions property by property. It would be much easier if we could give them permissions, all at once, to a block of properties based on any criteria like a tag, location, or even a multi-select tool, etc.

  18. Currently, the inbox lumps together messages sent to the same email address. For guests with multiple bookings, particularly multiple bookings on different dates, this causes variable information to be unpredictable when the guests name is selected from the left hand sidebar in the inbox.

    For instance:

    John Smith made an inquiry on property A, and a quote is opened. He receives some automated communication about Property A that pulls in variables from Property A's listing .

    John Smith then changes his mind and books property B.

    John Smith receives our automated confirmation email for property B, which pulls in variables…

  19. The owner portal does not color code the calendar to show which booking platform was used. Please make the owner calendar color coded as well so our owners can see which platforms the bookings are coming in from.
