  1. At the moment, only messages from the primary guest on Airbnb appear in Hostfully Inbox. I want messages from the secondary guest to appear as well.

  2. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox doesn't separate the guest thread per booking: it remains a continuous history of messages between guest and agency no matter how many bookings the guest has with your properties.

    I want only corresponding messages associated with a booking to show up when selecting a booking on the right "booking selector" of Inbox.

  4. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

    Please fix it as I just want it to look professional without errors.

  5. I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

  6. When a property has booking mode as Inquiry, from direct booking site or booking widget, option shows as "Get a quote".

    However, when a property has booking mode as Booking Request or Instand Booking, this option shows as "Book now".

    But for Booking Request mode, when continuing to proceed with a booking, there is a small note at the top of the page that states, "guest must wait for the property manager to accept it and payment will be processed accordingly." which is quite confused and guest can easily miss that note.

    I think it would be much more clear…

  7. When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."

    It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb

  11. Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

  12. I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.
    At the moment, messages sent from PMP are always shown as they're from Airbnb owner account,.

  13. On new DBS, it spells Neighbourhood. While I understand that in the United States, there is a preference for "neighborhood" over "neighbourhood", "neighbourhood" is not a spelling mistake, but it might give a confusion and misunderstanding that it's spelled wrongly.

    It'd be nice if we can adjust Neighborhood

  14. As PM with no access to the main host account but only the co-host account to send messages from the Airbnb app, I'd like these messages to show up in Hostfully Inbox as well

    It occurs that many PMs don't have access to the main host account (it belongs to the owner for example). So they communicate and manage reservations as a co-host.

    If Hostfully Inbox doesn't import co-host's messages, I'll need to go back and forth between Hostfully Inbox and Airbnb messages which is time-consuming.

  15. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

  16. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

  20. We're noticed a flaw in the way Hostfully handles modification of an existing booking that we'd like to see corrected as it has the potential to overcharge guests.

    Essentially, when you make a change to an existing booking (adding guests, or adding nights), if the price of the lodging has changed since the guest booked, Hostfully applies the new price to their entire stay, rather than simply applying any new charges.

    For example:

    Let's say a party of four books three nights in on of our lodgings at a rate of $100/night.

    The lodging is capable of housing six, but…
