We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

  2. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

  3. At the moment, only messages from the primary guest on Airbnb appear in Hostfully Inbox. I want messages from the secondary guest to appear as well.

  4. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox doesn't separate the guest thread per booking: it remains a continuous history of messages between guest and agency no matter how many bookings the guest has with your properties.

    I want only corresponding messages associated with a booking to show up when selecting a booking on the right "booking selector" of Inbox.

  5. I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:

    CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
    ENHANCED
    CLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
    COMMON
    SURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.

    To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

  6. It would be great to select a lead source when manually entering a booking rather than it just saying it is from Hostfully. For example, a booking from a lead from FurnishedFinder and a booking from a lead from word of mouth both show up as "Hostfully" booking, whereas we would like to differentiate the groups to know specifically where our bookings are coming from.

  12. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

    Please fix it as I just want it to look professional without errors.

  13. the calendar list not staying expanded as it used to. It's definitely annoying to have to expand everything again each time you refresh the calendar (this limitation only applied to units for Multi-Unit Properties)

  14. I'd like to have integration capabilities between Hostfully and Sifely Smart Locks. We use Sifely's lock systems to manage access to our properties, and I am interested in automating the process of generating and sending passcodes to guests.

    Currently, we manually generate a passcode for our guests after they complete the necessary pre-arrival forms and rental agreements through Hostfully. We would like to streamline this process by having Sifely automatically generate and send passcodes once Hostfully confirms the completion of these documents.

  16. The Service provider could have the ability to see the work he has to do in all the apartments on a daily basis and to be able to see a monthly calendar for a better overview and planning

  17. I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

  18. When a property has booking mode as Inquiry, from direct booking site or booking widget, option shows as "Get a quote".

    However, when a property has booking mode as Booking Request or Instand Booking, this option shows as "Book now".

    But for Booking Request mode, when continuing to proceed with a booking, there is a small note at the top of the page that states, "guest must wait for the property manager to accept it and payment will be processed accordingly." which is quite confused and guest can easily miss that note.

    I think it would be much more clear…

  19. When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."

    It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb
