Currently there are a fixed number of pricing rules. 1 increase and 2 decrease. I would like the ability to add more rules.

Improve how photos can be organized and re-ordered
The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.
I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

Show character count in all fields with a character limit in Property Description Tab
Now that Airbnb and VRBO both have restrictions on the number of characters for Public Name and Long Description, it would be extremely helpful and more streamline to make those adjustments. Instead I'll have to copy and past into a word doc and the paste back into. It's kinda clumsy and time consuming as I have 20+ properties to adjust. Unless I am missing it somewhere. :)

Credit card processing fee only applies to RENT but not to Total amount
Hi there. I'm using Stripe as a payment processor. I have added a Credit card processing fee 4% but it is only applies to RENT but not to all amount like Cleaning fee, taxes or pet fee, etc. I end up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket every month plus I receiving questions from the owners.
54 votesNow, in the Fees and Policies tab, you can choose a scope for a fee as Per Total Order as a percentage. This is only available for direct bookings.

Set fees globally in bulk
Many fees are the same for every property, or for large groups of properties. It's a huge pain to have to add every fee to each property individually. There should be an option to set defaults globally and then override them at the property level.

Edit fees/taxes
Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.
We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.
In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.
As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

Fully support Airbnb photo tours with all room types
AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.
In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.

Add Request to Book for Booking.com

Currently, this option is limited to:
- New properties on Booking.com (i.e., listings that are newly introduced and meet Booking.com’s eligibility requirements). Existing listings already set up with Instant Booking cannot be switched to RTB.
- Specific property types where guests rent the entire place, including: Holiday homes, Apartments, Villas.
- If you are using master - subunits, or multi-unit listing, the option to set "Booking Request" is only visible in the top-level property (e.g. master unit). Still, all the child listings will inherit the same booking setting as that of your top-level property.

Faster way to switch between properties under an individual property page
When looking at an individual property page some kind of dropdown or selection bar that allows users to switch between properties without having to go back to the property page would be very helpful. It would also be nice to see the name of the property when editing settings.

Update Amenities to Reflect Airbnb's Entire New List
With amenties being such a huge search filter being used, the API connection on Hostfully should reflect every Airbnb amenity since their new updated list a few months ago.

Amenities - Alphabetized!
It takes me a very long time to go through the list of Amenities because it isn't alphabetized .... even if no one else wanted it that way, I would love the ability to be able to manage it so I can see it in a way that makes it much faster for me to go through ... also am very confused as to why the "Baby high chair" is listed under "indoor" amenities instead of under the "family" section. Support cancellation policy at property level for Booking.com.
The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

Able to delete the common space on property setting
Each time, I want to delete the common space, I have contacted CS to delete it from back end. I want to have the option to delete the common space on the property setting UI directly.

Remove character limit for reviews manually inputted
When manually inputting reviews collected from other platforms, there is a character limit. Most of my reviews don't fit, making it necessary for me to edit the review - and then it becomes something I wrote, not the guest.

Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings
Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.
Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.
Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.
Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

When you click on bedroom at the bottom there should be an option to save or delete option on the bedroom set
