I looked for phone apps to help me and there are absolutely none that are simple and clear like yours.
And since i use yours on my desktop i would love t to continue with you. Have it all sinked. Especially that I am not often
in front of my desktop. But more with my phone. Definitely looking forward to having it!!!75 votes -
Mobile Search Function
Enable a search function to type in a guest's name in the app to pull up their past/present/future reservation.

Access for Service Providers to the Mobile App
My cleaners are always on the run and it would be great if they can get to their information from the mobile app.
25 votesWe have launched our Service Hub in the Hostfuly app! We have posted a banner in our current service provider portal (web version) with links to download the app. We'll be sending more communications out to everyone this week.
Both versions will be supported for the next few weeks with the web version being decommisioned later this month and us only supporting the app moving forward.

Push Notifications
Would like to have push notifications for new leads and new messages from guests. That way, I will finally be able to turn off my Airbnb and VRBO apps and manage everything on the Hostfully mobile App.

Make phone numbers as 'click to call' links
If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.
This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

from the app, when looking at the calendar, the ability to click on any given night for a property and see at once the listed price.

You can access the single property calendar from the stacked calendar: click on any property title and get to the monthly calendar view of that property.

SMS responses enabled
Version 1 of the app allows for guest messaging via email/ Airbnb message only. It does not allow you to select SMS messaging. Please enable SMS messaging as many of our guests prefer that communication.

Adding Expenses (owner adjustments), with a photo from the app
We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.
It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments
8 votesNow on the PMP, you can upload an attachment to your owner adjustment. This page is mobile friendly and you can upload an attachment directly from your mobile device. This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. If you feel that this needs to be supported by the mobile app, please file a separate ticket.

Add pipeline actions to the mobile app
It would be so useful if we could access the pipeline and do the actions allowed in the pipeline from the mobile app. It basically only allows you to view things, very little action can take place. I found it interesting that you make it so we can cancel a reservation but not update, request payment or any of the things that we do regularly. Cancelling is the last action we want to take.

- apply "pipeline actions" for each reservation, depending on their status (put on hold, mark as paid, record a payment, cancel, ...)
- edit any reservation detail
- send any template you have pre-written within your web PMP's account

I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App. It is vital that the app can be used to edit reservations, edit pricing, and essentially do the majority of things that we do on the website.

Make rates editable per lead on mobile app
I want to be able to adjust rates (price details) when creating or editing leads on mobile. It's possible on web but not on mobile.

From the calendar it would be nice to be able to click into an existing block and make changes (extend or shorten the block, delete it, or add notes).
