  2. In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.

    Some examples of how we could use this:
    - Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
    - Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
    - The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.

  3. Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.

    (when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)

  5. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  6. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  7. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  9. At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".

    We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

  10. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  12. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  15. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  17. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  19. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.
