Ability to rename Government ID field for Pre-arrival form
Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

Can we please get this changed? It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to change. We are CONSTANTLY having issues with this! At least 2 this week alone.

I'd like to suggest updating the field name "Government ID" on pre-arrival to something clearer, such as "License/Passport/ID Card" to better indicate the accepted document types. This would help avoid confusion for users regarding the word "government"

Guests are constantly confused by this wording and it is not a great reflection on our business. It could even be changed to "Driver's License, Passport, Government ID, etc."

I recently had a guest not submit this form even though we followed up with them multiple times to complete it because they were confused about this wording. They called us when they reached the property and we had to walk them through the form. This is very tedious and would be easily resolved if the wording was changed.

We would like the possibility to change our pre-arrival form to be a selfie with ID in hand showing in the photo, rather than just ID. It would be useful to add instructions for this picture for guests to see and follow.

We are constantly getting asked 'What is government ID?' from our guests as we do not use this terminology in the UK so it is confusing.
Also-we don't require their ID number so would be good for this to also be optional.
Can we have the option to amend this wording on the pre arrival form please? -

Using the label "Government issued ID" might prevent confusion on what is required for this field. I see the term "Government issued ID" more often than "Government ID" for something like this.
We recently had a guest get confused because they "didn't work for the government", and didn't understand what they were supposed to do.
