  1. Show discounts on quotes as negative line items

    When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  2. Include option to show guest as "checked in" on pipeline

    This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

  3. Show HVMI host charge in the break-down fees, alike Airbnb.

    As a VRM, I'd like to see the Host fee from HVMI so I could know how much they take from each reservation

  4. Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads

    I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

    I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

  5. Upload documents into Lead Model in Stay Details tab

    I would like to be able to upload documents into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  6. Pipeline - Status selector for Payment Due and No Pre-Arrival Form

    Have a status drop down choice added in the Pipeline to filter guest with payments due and guests that have not submitted their Pre-Arrival Form
