  2. This would support service providers prepare for the service to be provided in terms of materials required, documentations or expectations.
    For cleaners and housekeeping team, knowing the type of service / service name will have them prepare to dispatch X number of cleaners with X material.
    For check-in check-out agents, knowing the type of service Will have them prepare documentations, accesses, security deposit refund, etc..

  3. we would like to see the cleaning status of our properties in Hostfully. This is quite important to know whether the property is cleaned and ready to go when new guest booking requests come in last minute, for example.

    Yes, that is right! We already show when a job is done by showing the job in green on the calendar. If the job is not done, it shows in blue. This should help you see at a glance if the home is ready for the next guest.

  4. Allow jobs in the Cleaners Portal to be sorted so that the soonest job appears at the top of the screen. Our cleaners have many jobs and its a pain for them to have to scroll to the bottom of the each each time. Thanks

  5. It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.

    Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.

  6. At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

  7. As a PM or a Service provider, I would service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab, along side the number of guests. It will help the Service provider plan and prepare better for the cleaning.

  8. Currently, if you create 2 jobs on the same date, there is no way to find the 2nd job. Only one job shows up on the date in the calendar view and there is no list view.

    Also, something indicating job status (accepted or pending) on the calendar view would be awesome. Thanks

    This is now in production: when 2 or more jobs are falling on the same day, the tooltip will indicate how many jobs are overlapping, and a click on the job dot will open a modal where you can select the job you need to view/edit.
