As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and
    honesty. This is critical information that should be easily accessible to the users

    We have launched a new billing portal and improved invoices with more detailed information. Head over to the account status tab in the property management platform and click on "edit billing information" to view your new billing portal. You'll see renewal dates, past invoices, and explanations of charges.

  2. When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  3. For now, when selecting to use Gmail in Email Settings, I'm not able to switch it back to the other types of email.
