Billing information
As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and
honesty. This is critical information that should be easily accessible to the users
We have launched a new billing portal and improved invoices with more detailed information. Head over to the account status tab in the property management platform and click on "edit billing information" to view your new billing portal. You'll see renewal dates, past invoices, and explanations of charges.

It would also help if we could be charged in AUD rather than USD if based in Australia.

yes I needed it for accounting purposes. Would it be great to access this statement directly in our PMS account infos?
It's unfortunately this information is not visible in the PMS; the good news is there's an existing idea, Account Status Reflecting what you paid and when your bill is next due, in our Product base forum. I've added your feedback and vote to the ticket to help increase its priority, and you'll be informed as soon as it's done.

Hi Mishka.
Thank you for your feedback. For now, although you cannot check the detailed information of your charges in Account status, you can check the charges with the payment processor you are using (Stripe, Paypal, etc...). Then you will be able to see the list of charges, date, transaction id, etc...
The system also sent a receipt to you for the charge as well. If you are not sure what is it for, you can also chat with us. We will be happy to help you.

Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.
