  1. Duplicate House Manuals

    Loving the new look. A suggestion: I'm in the House Manuals and the only action is to delete a manual. I'd like the ability to Duplicate one, so that I can go in and change minor items for similar manuals in other units.

  2. Have the import all property button in guidbebook Import page

    On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

  3. Hide unnecessary providers from Guidebook Marketplace

    Service Providers in Guidebook Marketplace are currently synced from Property Management Platform => Agency Settings page but some of the providers are for internal use, so it's a bit confused when all providers are showing in GB Marketplace.

    If we can hide unnecessary providers from GB Marketplace, it would be great.

  6. Option to remove the "buy now" option on marketplace

    I want to remove that Buy Now button as I have created a separate payment link in stripe that I can provide in the marketplace listing for guests to pay. The idea is that, once a guest pays for an item, I have to inform them of a lockbox code to access the item, but that can only happen after the purchase is made

  7. Customize a receipt to send to guest after they make a purchase through marketplace

    once a guest makes a purchase through the marketplace via stripe, is there a way to customize the payment confirmation or receipt they will receive once the purchase is complete?

  10. Add bank transfer as a payment processor to the Guidebook marketplace.

    I'm trying to figure out the best way to get visitors to pay via bank transfer rather than stripe or Paypal for additional items - in the marketplace of the Guidebook. I understand that this has to be adjusted in the PMS platform. Is this possible at all? What is your suggestion, please?

  11. Check-out card correction.

    I had someone going over my guidebook for corrections and they noticed that on the Check-in card it is Check-in but on the Check-out card it is Checkout without the dash. Not really a big deal but I could not correct the error.

  20. Be able to select more than 1 of the service and select service per night on marketplace

    Be able to select more than 1 of the service and select service per night.

    • For example, the breakfast price is based on one person, so if 2 people are staying they have no option to buy 2 breakfasts

    • If they are staying for 2 or more nights, there is no option to add breakfasts for additional mornings
