  2. I have an image of a key lockbox and regardless of how I try to size it on my computer when I upload it to my check-in instructions page then it is huge and you have no feature to size on the page. I should be able to click on the corner and pull the mouse inward to size it smaller.

  5. The current default messaging to the Splash Page is: “Here’s everything you need to know. Read and accept our important terms & conditions to gain access”

    In our opinion, that messaging comes across as so abrupt that it borders on being rude. It is not a hospitable way to communicate with guests. There is not even a “please” in it.

    I'm surprised that a company like Hostfully who services the hospitality industry would use messaging like this and not allow us to change it.

    One of the main reasons why we decided to use Hostfully was to capture email address…

Currently, when I go to edit the Guidebook of a property, in point 3 (House Manual, Recommendations, and Marketplace), both in the House Manual cards and Recommendation cards sections they are all mixed up. It would be very helpful if when I go to edit the Guidebook of a property, I only have the cards for the property I am working on.

  10. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get visitors to pay via bank transfer rather than stripe or Paypal for additional items - in the marketplace of the Guidebook. I understand that this has to be adjusted in the PMS platform. Is this possible at all? What is your suggestion, please?

  12. I had someone going over my guidebook for corrections and they noticed that on the Check-in card it is Check-in but on the Check-out card it is Checkout without the dash. Not really a big deal but I could not correct the error.

  13. The client received an email for a failed payment notice and it directed him to the login page. It would be greatly convenient if the button directed him to the update payment page, just like PMP's.

  16. Loving the new look. A suggestion: I'm in the House Manuals and the only action is to delete a manual. I'd like the ability to Duplicate one, so that I can go in and change minor items for similar manuals in other units.

  17. Service Providers in Guidebook Marketplace are currently synced from Property Management Platform => Agency Settings page but some of the providers are for internal use, so it's a bit confused when all providers are showing in GB Marketplace.

    If we can hide unnecessary providers from GB Marketplace, it would be great.
