    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?


    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  2. When a guest uploads incorrect ID, it is critical that we can reset and request an updated version of the guest's ID to replace the incorrect upload.

  8. Add place for guests to designate their preferred pronouns on the information form. It's helpful when addressing them in communications, writing notes and reviews after the fact.

From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  14. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

I still don't like using the photos as the way to identify properties in the app, and I am constantly opening that leftmost sidebar to see the property name before doing anything in the app.  I think a customizable abbreviation would be a better short form for quickly finding the right property.

  17. This is a feature available on Hospitable and would love to be able to use it here. We need the ability to add a condition to a complex trigger that will check the calendar to see if there are vacant days before or after a guest booking. I'd like to send a message offering to add a discounted day to their reservation before or after their stay but don't want to send the message if the day isn't available.

  19. Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.
    It would be great to have the option of UK English as a language option.
