  1. Inbox does not display an image sent by a guest on Airbnb channel For example, my guests send me a picture of their passport and this is not visible in Hostfully inbox on the app

  2. My calendar is not loading / updating correctly.

    14 October: I blocked off large chunks of dates to do a pricing update (using the web app)

    15 October: I deleted these blocks (using the web app).

    16 October: I notice the app still showing some of these block. If I scroll forward in the date range, one of them even disappears.

    16 October: my colleague's app calendar is different to mine - ALL the blocks are visible on this calendar

    This error was happening only for accounts that had recently updated a new photo to their properties. We have fixed the issue and the latest version of the App has this resolved.

  4. We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.

    It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments

    Now on the PMP, you can upload an attachment to your owner adjustment. This page is mobile friendly and you can upload an attachment directly from your mobile device. This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. If you feel that this needs to be supported by the mobile app, please file a separate ticket.

  5. I successfully installed and loaded the app initially, but when I went to pull it up again a few days later I got this error.

  6. When looking on the app calendar view, each property name is too long to be viewed. We have multiple properties at the same resort so the photos and property titles are very similar. We would like to have a short name for each. For example, for our Sullivan Stone 11 property, we would like to have it shown as SS11. If we change the internal name on our computer Hostfully listing, the short name is also being pulled into triggers and templates so the guest receives the "short" name in their template messages which could be confusing to them.   7. Would like to have push notifications for new leads and new messages from guests. That way, I will finally be able to turn off my Airbnb and VRBO apps and manage everything on the Hostfully mobile App.
