we need our service providers (greeters, cleaners, drivers) to get more information about the client and their stay (bed configuration, mobility issues, etc). In the current form, the SP roles do not allow for this kind of visibility. A separate tab with all relevant info for the stay (bed config, AC, driver order, insurance, etc) would enable our greeters to be better prepared. Also, all info on this tab should be made available to all roles on the ground.
In Agency Settings, the options of payment timeline for security deposits are either "due at time of booking" or "due at time of check-in". We need to control this value (currently 3 weeks before check-in). We'd like to request adding a customizable option.
