  1. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

  3. Make the pre approval form mobile friendly-i am constantly being told that the link does not work and having to explain to my guest to try it on a tablet/laptop.
    The form should work on a mobile phone

    We have launched our Service Hub in the Hostfuly app! We have posted a banner in our current service provider portal (web version) with links to download the app. We'll be sending more communications out to everyone this week.


    Both versions will be supported for the next few weeks with the web version being decommisioned later this month and us only supporting the app moving forward.

  5. Currently Owner Adjustments are sorted by Oldest First so we are constantly scrolling down to see the adjustments for the current month. If the sort is reversed, with newest adjustments at the top of page 1, the older adjustments will be pushed down which is perfect as previous months are less important once the month has been closed.

  8. pipeline tab in mobile app, the upcoming checkins is helpful but it only shows 3 ddays out which isnt helpful. I'm typically looking weeks out for all my bookings making sure everything is paid and all rental agreemtnets have been signed.

    Good news! We have completed this. Search functionality is now live in the app! You can pull up reservations by typing in a guest name or email.

    This is available on the app on the single property calendar view.

    You'll see price & min stay per night there.

    You can even update price & min stay by applying a long press on any day, and change the values from there.

    Available in v5.0.0 of the Hostfully App: Prices and min stay per night are now available under the single property calendar.

    You can access the single property calendar from the stacked calendar: click on any property title and get to the monthly calendar view of that property.

It would be so useful if we could access the pipeline and do the actions allowed in the pipeline from the mobile app. It basically only allows you to view things, very little action can take place. I found it interesting that you make it so we can cancel a reservation but not update, request payment or any of the things that we do regularly. Cancelling is the last action we want to take.

    On the mobile app, you can now:

    - apply "pipeline actions" for each reservation, depending on their status (put on hold, mark as paid, record a payment, cancel, ...)

    - edit any reservation detail

    - send any template you have pre-written within your web PMP's account

  17. Version 1 of the app allows for guest messaging via email/ Airbnb message only. It does not allow you to select SMS messaging. Please enable SMS messaging as many of our guests prefer that communication.

  18. In Airbnb if you click on the calendar link on the mobile app it will show you a list of your properties and when you click on a property, it will take you to a monthly view calendar for that property.

    When we click on the calendar link in the Hostfully app it takes us to a weekly view of all properties that we can scroll left and right to see more dates. I don't want to scroll left and right to see options for open dates, I want to see the entire month in one view for a certain…

    This is now available under v5.0.0 of the Hostfully mobile app.

    From the main calendar, expand the property titles then click on any property title : you will get redirected to the monthly calendar view of that property, with its bookings, blocks, jobs (showing as a blue dot), min stay + price per night.

    For now you can see the job details nor edit min stay + price per night, but this is planned for a future version of the app.

  19. I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App. It is vital that the app can be used to edit reservations, edit pricing, and essentially do the majority of things that we do on the website.

  20. If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.

    This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.
