Pre arrival form mobile friendly
Make the pre approval form mobile friendly-i am constantly being told that the link does not work and having to explain to my guest to try it on a tablet/laptop.

Sort Owner Adjustments so the newest adjustment shows at the top of page 1
Currently Owner Adjustments are sorted by Oldest First so we are constantly scrolling down to see the adjustments for the current month. If the sort is reversed, with newest adjustments at the top of page 1, the older adjustments will be pushed down which is perfect as previous months are less important once the month has been closed.

Make rates editable per lead on mobile app
I want to be able to adjust rates (price details) when creating or editing leads on mobile. It's possible on web but not on mobile.

I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App
I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App. It is vital that the app can be used to edit reservations, edit pricing, and essentially do the majority of things that we do on the website.

Make phone numbers as 'click to call' links
If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.
This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

Jobs created don't show on calendar
When looking at the calendar on the mobile app, any jobs created eg cleaning, guest service are not visible

Auto-capitalize sentences
Just like phones do with text messages, it would be nice to have the app auto-capitalize the first character in a sentence - starting a new message, upon returns, and after periods. Meanwhile, you need to hit shift every time or everything is lower case by default. I personally don't like that level of informality when communicating with guests.

Grant ability to make changes to calendar blocks
From the calendar it would be nice to be able to click into an existing block and make changes (extend or shorten the block, delete it, or add notes).

Make notification link to corresponding section of the app
Set up notifications as Airbnb does, where you can click the notification and be taken directly to the message in Hostfully to respond more easily and quickly.

Inbox - support attachments from Airbnb messages
Inbox does not display an image sent by a guest on Airbnb channel For example, my guests send me a picture of their passport and this is not visible in Hostfully inbox on the app

Create Short Description Field in Hostfully Management Platform Property Main Page
When looking on the app calendar view, each property name is too long to be viewed. We have multiple properties at the same resort so the photos and property titles are very similar. We would like to have a short name for each. For example, for our Sullivan Stone 11 property, we would like to have it shown as SS11. If we change the internal name on our computer Hostfully listing, the short name is also being pulled into triggers and templates so the guest receives the "short" name in their template messages which could be confusing to them.
