Pre arrival form mobile friendly
Make the pre approval form mobile friendly-i am constantly being told that the link does not work and having to explain to my guest to try it on a tablet/laptop.
The form should work on a mobile phone

We are having endless issues with guests not being able to access the pre arrival form from their mobile phone as the link won't open. In this day and age mobile access is paramount
