We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

The platform sedning from the MAIN host rather than the PRIMARY host is confusing for guests. We often have clients who have existing airbnb accounts so we would rather messages guests from our own accounts rather than pretend to be our clients

We need to be able to track how many days an owner stayed over the course of the year, because it affects our revenue targets. Right now - we pull the "property report" which shows owner blocked days but this doe not include days where the owner has asked us to block days off for them. In this case we need a way to manually add owner stay so that it add to "owner block" on the property report (ie, that we can calculate the total of owner days stayed
