    Only these two variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. Other variables are not supported for this trigger event yet.

    It would be helpful if the other variables worked here: Guest Name, Property Name, Check In Date, etc.,

  5. There should be a "Notifying owner of a booking cancellation" system template. It would be great if those could be turned on/off for owners
