Customize Available Property Lists for Inspections
Problem
When I filter properties by availability for a specific date in the calendar, I can email the available property list, but the list does not include the information I need to actually use it operationally, such as the property address or internal property name.This makes it difficult to plan inspections, maintenance visits, or team routes because I have to manually look up the properties after generating the list.

Make calendar filters persist across sections of the app
Keep the applied filters (location, property tags, property type, etc.) active when moving between calendar views or when opening a property-specific calendar. This would allow sales agents to seamlessly explore filtered options without having to reapply filters each time.

Add an option in iCal export to include checkout day for cleaning schedules
When Hostfully’s iCal feed is imported to Google Calendar, the event appears to end the night before checkout. This causes confusion for property managers and cleaners who rely on Google Calendar to see when a property is still occupied or needs cleaning.
Hostfully exports the data correctly (from check-in to check-out), but Google interprets the event as ending on the previous night. It would be very helpful to have an optional setting in the iCal export that adds one extra day to the event duration.

minimum price rule
The minimum price rule should be improved so that the specific nightly rate for a date is used rather than a set rate for every stay. Our pricing is very specific week by week / night by night . We would like to be able to take bookings for less nights than our minimum stay as long as we still received the minimum amount of revenue (e.g. take a 2 night stay but it costs the same as 3). One value across the year isn't as effective and increases the cost in some weeks disproportionately.

Conditional check-in rules based on same-day check-outs
It would be helpful to allow conditional check-in rules, instead of fixed ones.
Example:
Block Sunday check-ins only if there is a same-day check-out (no cleaning available)
But allow Sunday check-ins if the property is already vacant and cleanCurrently, the “Only Check-In On” setting blocks all Sundays, which is too restrictive.

Allow Reservation Extensions Despite Turnover Days
Currently, turnover day restrictions prevent users from extending an existing reservation into a turnover day. Since the stay is already in progress, turnover rules should not apply when modifying or extending an existing booking.
Please allow reservation extensions even when the new checkout date falls on a configured turnover day, provided there are no conflicting reservations.

When hovering over a reservation on the calendar, show the balance due, instead of or in addition to the total amount.

Owner block from property manager!
Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

Improve the availabilty update for multi-unit
For Multi Unit properties, availability is calculated at the unit type level on a nightly basis, similarly to hotel inventory. This means that if there is at least 1 available unit for each individual night of the requested stay, Booking.com can consider the reservation bookable, even if the availability comes from different physical units across those nights.
From the channel perspective, the stay is considered available because inventory exists for every night requested.
Because of this setup, reservations may sometimes require manual reshuffling between units afterward in order to create continuous availability for the guest stay.

Move Reservation Between Property Types
Enable the ability to move a reservation from a multi-unit property to a standalone property.
Currently, reservations created under a multi-unit property cannot be reassigned or transferred to a standalone property. This limitation creates operational friction when property assignments need to change due to availability, maintenance issues, or guest requests.

Show the Main booking of group booking on the exact unit
Currently, that's expected for group booking behavior when we have the gr booking on sub-unit, the main lead will stay on hotel / master level without being allocated, which may hide the block on master beneath it.

We should have the ability to customize the color of BLOCKs.
Some properties have numerous owners or reasons that the calendar may get blocks, so it would be extremely helpful if we had color options for the blocks instead of them all just being green.

Restrict Owner Visibility of Block Notes
Add a permission or visibility control that allows block notes to be marked as private/internal only, so they are hidden from owners.

Maximun stay for customizable period
Right now, we can edit the Minimun stay for a specific date range in the calendar. Would be usefull to add the Maximun stay as well.
