Have holidays highlighted on the calendar. Most owners have minimum stays for holidays or different pricing.

"Hold" a Property, but not Property Specific for a guest
It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.

Improve automatic reservation reallocation for overlapping dates
When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

Show booking payment status on Calendar
i like make a flag or a color so when i look at the calendar, it shows directly there which booking is not PAID

Show travelstaytion bookings as travelstaytion bookings in central calendar
At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

Enable Manual Adjustment of Commission Rates by Reservation Source
When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

Ability to cancel a booking directly from Calendar
When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.
And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

Calendar defaulting to expanded view for units
the calendar list not staying expanded as it used to. It's definitely annoying to have to expand everything again each time you refresh the calendar (this limitation only applied to units for Multi-Unit Properties)

Ability to edit/remove individual ical imports
When a property is linked by ical from airbnb / vrbo etc we should be able to manually remove individual bookings. I import vrbo icals from 2 different owners (I can't switch to API) and when you import by ical you can't use the inbox. In my old PMS you could just delete any ical import and then enter the booking manually with the email address. My current workaround for this is to disconnect the vrbo ical whenever I get a new booking, enter the booking manually then reconnect to the vrbo ical. Super annoying and not to mention when…

Automatically price updating to every upcoming month
The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.

Add lead information when using create job button in editing lead on calendar.
Current behavior,
- Go to the calendar
- Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
- However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.=> We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included

pricing strategy
It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…5 votes -
Set check-in/out restrictions on specific dates for multiple properties at once
We want to prevent check in/out on 12/25/23 and 1/1/24 for all properties. At the moment, we have to open each property > Pricing tab to do this.

Currently, there's a link to a wikipedia page. A link to the Hostfully help article may be more useful there. As well as links to Airbnb, Vrbo, BDC iCal articles.

Turno's cleaner calendar visibility on PMP
are there any plans to interface the cleaning application Turno into the calendar view on Hostfully? So we can see who is assigned to the cleaning from that page without going to Turno?
